하루한장면 운영자 박윤근(이하 “운영자”)은 이용자의 개인정보와 사진·기록을 중요하게 생각합니다. 하루한장면은 웹, Android 및 iOS 설치형 앱으로 제공되는 개인 사진 기록 서비스이며, 현재 사진과 일기 내용을 운영자가 운영하는 별도 서버에 업로드하거나 보관하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

2. 기기 내 저장과 삭제
사진과 일기 기록은 웹에서는 이용자의 현재 브라우저 사이트 저장소에, Android 및 iOS 설치형 앱에서는 앱의 기기 내 저장공간에 저장됩니다. 브라우저 데이터 삭제, 앱 데이터 삭제, 앱 제거, 운영체제의 저장공간 정리 또는 기기 분실·교체로 기록이 사라질 수 있습니다. 하루한장면은 영구 보존을 보장하지 않습니다.
이용자는 하루한장면에서 개별 기록을 삭제하거나 사용하는 브라우저 또는 기기의 관련 설정에서 하루한장면의 로컬 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영체제 또는 기기의 백업·전송 동작은 환경에 따라 달라질 수 있으며 하루한장면이 보장하는 공식 복구 수단이 아닙니다. 중요한 기록은 `.pdc` 백업 파일로 하루한장면 밖에 별도 보관해야 합니다.
3. 가져온 사진과 메타데이터
가져온 이미지 파일에는 기존 EXIF, XMP, ICC profile 또는 GPS 관련 메타데이터가 포함되어 있을 수 있습니다. 하루한장면은 GPS 좌표, 위도·경도 또는 주소를 별도 데이터 필드로 추출하거나 위치 추적 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 원본 파일에 이미 존재하던 메타데이터를 자동 제거하지 않으므로 기기 내 하루한장면 저장소와 백업 파일에 그대로 포함될 수 있습니다.
사진 분석은 밝기, 대비, 채도, 색 분포, 색온도 같은 시각적 특성을 브라우저 또는 앱의 내장 WebView 안에서 계산할 수 있습니다. 이를 의료·심리 진단이나 사용자의 감정·성격을 자동 판정하는 데 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 백업 파일
하루한장면의 .pdc 백업에는 사진, 기록, 편집 정보 및 일부 사진 출처 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 현재 백업 파일은 암호화되거나 비밀번호로 보호되지 않습니다. 운영자는 이용자가 내려받은 백업 파일을 별도로 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
5. 광고·분석·자동 수집 장치
현재 하루한장면 앱에는 사진이나 일기 내용을 광고 사업자, 분석 서비스 또는 외부 API로 전송하는 기능이 없으며 별도의 광고 SDK 또는 analytics SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. Pretendard와 MaruBuri 글꼴도 앱 asset으로 자체 호스팅합니다.
운영자는 광고 또는 행동 추적을 위한 쿠키를 설치하지 않습니다. 앱 기능을 위해 localStorage와 sessionStorage를 사용할 수 있으나 해당 값은 현재 브라우저에 저장되며 광고 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
6. GitHub Pages 호스팅
하루한장면 웹사이트는 GitHub Pages를 통해 제공될 수 있습니다. GitHub 공식 문서에 따르면 GitHub Pages 사이트 방문 시 방문자의 IP 주소가 로그인 여부와 관계없이 보안 목적으로 기록·저장됩니다. GitHub는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 IP 주소, 기기·세션·요청 시각 등 서비스 이용 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 미국을 포함한 여러 지역에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
이는 하루한장면 앱이 사진이나 일기 내용을 운영자 서버로 업로드하는 것과 별개의 호스팅 계층 처리입니다. GitHub의 자체 개인정보 처리에 대해서는 GitHub General Privacy Statement가 적용됩니다.
7. 제3자 제공 및 국외 처리
운영자는 현재 이용자의 사진과 일기 내용을 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 웹 호스팅 접속 과정에서는 위 제6조와 같이 GitHub가 자체 서비스 제공 및 보안을 위해 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 호스팅 구조나 개인정보 처리 방식이 변경되면 필요한 사항을 이 처리방침에 반영합니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
운영자가 직접 보유한 이메일 문의 관련 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 기타 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 연락처로 할 수 있습니다. 기기 내 로컬 기록은 운영자가 서버에서 보유하지 않으므로 이용자가 하루한장면 앱 또는 브라우저에서 직접 관리합니다.
9. 만 14세 미만
하루한장면은 만 14세 미만 아동을 서비스 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 현재 서비스는 생년월일을 수집해 연령을 확인하지 않습니다. 서비스 구조가 변경되어 아동의 개인정보에 대해 법률상 동의가 필요한 처리를 하게 되는 경우에는 관련 법령에 따른 절차를 마련한 뒤 정책을 변경합니다.
10. 처리방침 변경
서비스 기능, 저장 방식, 호스팅, 분석 도구 또는 개인정보 처리 방식이 변경되는 경우 이 처리방침을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 서비스 화면 등을 통해 알기 쉽게 안내합니다.

HARUHAN SCENES is operated by YUNGEUN PARK as an individual operator. HARUHAN SCENES is a personal photo diary available on the Web and as installed Android and iOS apps. The current service does not provide an operator-controlled server feature that uploads or stores users’ photos or diary entries.

2. On-device storage and deletion
Photos and diary records are stored in the current browser’s site storage on the Web and in device-local app storage in the installed Android and iOS apps. Clearing browser data, clearing app data, uninstalling the app, operating-system storage cleanup, or losing or replacing the device may remove records. Permanent retention cannot be guaranteed.
Users can delete individual records in HARUHAN SCENES or remove local data through the relevant browser or device controls. Operating-system backup or device-transfer behavior may vary by environment and is not a recovery mechanism guaranteed by HARUHAN SCENES. Important records must be kept separately in a `.pdc` backup outside HARUHAN SCENES.
3. Imported photos and metadata
Imported image files may contain existing EXIF, XMP, ICC profile or GPS-related metadata. HARUHAN SCENES does not separately extract or use GPS coordinates, latitude, longitude or addresses for location tracking. Existing metadata is not automatically removed and may therefore remain in on-device HARUHAN SCENES storage and backup files.
Photo analysis may calculate visual characteristics such as brightness, contrast, saturation, color distribution and color temperature inside the browser or the app’s embedded WebView. These values are not used to provide medical or psychological diagnosis or to automatically determine a user’s emotions or personality.
4. Backup files
HARUHAN SCENES .pdc backups may include photos, diary records, editing information and limited photo provenance information. Backup files are currently not encrypted or password-protected. The operator does not separately collect or store backup files downloaded by users.
5. Advertising, analytics and tracking
The current application does not transmit photos or diary entries to advertising providers, analytics services or external APIs and does not include an advertising or analytics SDK. Pretendard and MaruBuri fonts are self-hosted as application assets.
The operator does not install cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking. localStorage and sessionStorage may be used for application functionality, but those values remain in the current browser or app WebView and are not used for advertising tracking.
6. GitHub Pages hosting
The HARUHAN SCENES website may be delivered through GitHub Pages. GitHub states that a visitor’s IP address is logged and stored for security when a GitHub Pages site is visited, whether or not the visitor is signed in. GitHub may also process service-usage information such as IP address, device and session information and request timestamps, and may process Personal Data in the United States and other locations where GitHub or its service providers operate.
This hosting-layer processing is separate from HARUHAN SCENES uploading photos or diary entries to an operator-controlled server. GitHub’s own processing is governed by the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
7. Sharing and processing outside Korea
The operator does not currently sell or provide users’ photos or diary entries to third parties. Access information may be processed by GitHub as described above as part of website hosting and security. This policy will be updated if the hosting or data-processing structure changes.
8. User rights
Requests concerning inquiry-related personal information directly held by the operator may be sent to the contact address below. Device-local diary records are not held on an operator-controlled server and are managed directly by the user through HARUHAN SCENES or the relevant browser or Android/iOS device controls.
9. Children under 14
HARUHAN SCENES is not directed to children under 14 years of age. The current service does not collect dates of birth for age verification. If the service is changed in a way that requires consent-based processing of children’s personal information, appropriate procedures will be introduced before that processing begins.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when service features, storage, hosting, analytics or other data-processing practices change. Material changes will be communicated in the service before they take effect where appropriate.
